All artwork, images, text, designs, and content on this Site are the intellectual property of Ciara Davies (“the Artist”) unless otherwise stated.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

  • Purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. The Artist retains the right to use images of sold works for portfolio, marketing, and exhibition purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Site for unlawful purposes.

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights.

  • Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Site or hosting services.

  • We respect your privacy and handle personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Data collected (such as names, email addresses, shipping details) will only be used to fulfil orders, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations.

  • We make every effort to keep information on this Site accurate and up to date.

  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect loss or damage resulting from the use of this Site or purchased goods.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Shipping & Returns 

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include all applicable taxes.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to update prices or availability at any time.

  • Delivery options, costs, and estimated times will be confirmed at checkout.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers but will assist in resolving any issues.

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.

  • Exemptions: Custom commissions or personalised artworks cannot be cancelled or refunded once work has begun, unless the item is faulty.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs to discuss a replacement.

  • Commissioned artwork requires a non-refundable 50% deposit.

  • A written agreement will outline scope, pricing, timelines, and final approval processes.

  • The balance is payable before delivery or collection.
